  In short: bad service and rude waitress - she needs to learn some manners urgently. Waited over an hour for 2 burguers. At minute 40, I had to order a second beer and asked for the burgers... "being cooked" I was told. At minute 60 I asked again and was told I could get a refund if I wanted. When the burguers arrived not even one simple "I'm sorry for the delay" and then one of them was wrong, I ask to correct it and got an eye roll. When it was delivered again she didn't even look at us and the burguer was falling apart.
  I understand we're not the typical customers and we're just visiting but still, basic good education applies. Hopefully this waitress will read this and learn some manners.
